for some reason i cant post in the big and dandy
so as the title says
mxe sub lingual dose
and tips on how to dose sublingualy.

ive read only great things about mxe,
ive read 20mg - 40mg low
50-150 mg high
150-250mg strong
i havnt read anyone who took over 250
at what dose do negative side effects become an issue ( death.

I prefill them at a standardized 15mg per gelcap - I'll usually fill maybe a dozen caps at a time to make things easy, then I use a Sharpie to write MXE and 15mg on the caps so I can be sure of what and how much is in them... especially useful when my mind is in a strange place.

I'll dose one, then another about 15 min later (30mg). I open the cap & dump under my tongue, then swallow the remaining cap to be sure to get every yummy bit. After about an hour, I may do 1 more if I feel I want the extra push (45mg total).

I find that 15mg is a nice, low level that's fine for social occasions. I can sit back, close my eyes & drift inward or I can concentrate on other people. 30mg makes that concentration much harder, but still possible. 45mg makes socializing very difficult and is best experienced by myself, but it's not enough to M-hole. Just my experiences - YMMV.
