Methods and dosage of Foxy

Just wondering if anyone here has insufflated 5- MEO-DIPT. i did it twice already and still suffered from the GI problems that seem to plague the oral users. if there is no way to bypass the GI problems i would just rather cap the stuff up and swallow it that deal with the burn and drip. also what dosage did you insufflate to get require results. i know what the oral dosage is and was wondering what the insufflated was....so no references to erowid please
