Methamphetamine dosage

Got some shake and bake Meth, not sure on the quality but guessing pretty low.... it was free. I've smoked meth before with little effects. I got a little over a. 2. I work a 10 hour shift tomorrow and want to be focused for it. Should I do it all at once. Or no. also what would be the best route of administration. And could I getd any euphoria from it? Also have 1mg Xanax for the comedown. Meth doesn't affect me well because I have adhd. If I used it all could I get euphoria and speedy feelings from it? Looking either oral or insufflated?

Edit. Last time I used I just got the irritability. Also have adhd so would it take the full .25 dose to get me speedy?

I cannot tell you though as everyone responds differently to drugs and dosages,depending on body weight, tolerance underlying disorders the list goes on - even ROA's. Without knowing the purity, guessing the dosage is pretty much impossible.

My suggestion would not to take it all at once - if your snorting, start small give yourself time to gauge the strength of the product before taking some more.
