Ok, so I usualy use opiates once a week (mainly heroin via IV), yet I recently aquired some methamphetamine which I used (IV) once a week, instead of opiates, for the last three weeks. On Friday at 4:30 I injected 10mg of methamphetamine and kept taking bumps of 10-15mg over the rest of the night to stay awake and high. I wrote 4000 words of high quality stuff (for me, high quality) on meth, thumbs up, I can work like crazy on meth.
Anyway, in the morning I had a nasty sore throat (probably because I was sitting around naked in the middle of the night) and took some codeine (around the recomended dose, 20-60mg or so). I didn't feel anything but I was still high on meth so... Today, after sleeping, I took that amount again and within 20 minutes I was enjoyng an intense buzz! I didn't get high off that dose when I was completely opiate naive and after using heroin once a week, getting high off of any dose of codeine was a very distant dream. Has anyone else experienced this?
