I am posting on here because I noticed alot of tweaked out, confused and scared people on here who are trying to come down, having panic attacks, or are wondering about techniques and different drug combos.
Alot of people ask how to sleep and not to sound like a broken record but benzos are the best, its one of the things they give to people in the ER who come in freaking out after they partied a bit too hard. If you are going to do speedy stuff you really need to consider beforehand how you are going to come down, and make sure you have what works for you. I never take ampetamines in any form unless I know i have xanax or valium because I always get suicidally miserable and think i am dying of a heart attack when i come down. I have read some people like antipsychotics such as seroquel, I personally had a hideous experience when i mixed the two and thought it was the end for sure, so I cant recommend it. Neurontin helps take the edge off and enhances the benzos. Beta blockers like propanolol garner mixed reviews from what I have researched, and I personally avoid mixing anything that I am unsure of. Opiates help, but do not necessarily kill the high especially if you have a tolerance to them. Trazadone has helped with sleep but you have to be close to ready to lay down and sleep, so wait until the high is really spent which may mean being awake for a day or two
Some suggest drinking or weed but if you are having anxiety and really focused on your body that may make you feel worse, and alcohol will only further tax and dehydrate your poor system. So, as far as drugs go I of course have to make the disclaimer that unless you are well acquainted with your cocktail be careful mixing opiates, alcohol, or benzos with anything. Speed can mask the effects of these and you can od without realizing it so proceed with caution. The difference between a panic attack and an impending cardiac arrest or stroke can be hard to discern. If you are really worried and having alarming symptoms dont hesitate to call for help. The flip side of that is if you recognize it as panic and the symptoms calm down when you feel calm or distracted then its more often than not just anxiety. A panic attack or psychosomatic symptom can transform normal aches into catastrophic proportions; slightly elevated blood pressure from stress can seem like impending doom and gas or heartburn/acid reflux become ominous. Calm yourself and take care of yourself. If you are really worried and scary symptoms just wont respond to meds, relaxation techniques, etc. then of course seek medical attention. Trust your gut instincts and its always good to have someone sane and sober to help keep you in check.
Regulating your system is important, taking care of nutrition etc. is essential and one of the most neglected aspects for alot of users. Simply drinking and eating will spare you misery and misfortune. Make sure to eat bananas for the potassium (they can literally save your life), take asprin for some heart reassurance and body aches, and importantly drink plenty of water and keep trying to eat good stuff like fresh fruit, protein and whole grains etc. People OD oftentimes because of simple underlying vitamin deficiences. Users can become anorexic and forget to eat/drink and pile major toxins into a system that is imbalanced. Lack of sleep is also bad, you heal and regenerate in your sleep so crazy binges for days on end are not advised, use moderation and take breaks from using. Wierd psychotic behavior will result from just a few days running and yes its obvious, so spare your friends and family the misery and yourself the embarrassment and pain. If you find you just cant moderately use you need to seriously stay far away, speed addiction is one of the nastier ones out there and the downfall is rapid and ugly (google "Faces of Meth"). There are alot of resources out there to quit. Gotta throw that out there.
Anyways, if you are wigging like i said before it really helps to have someone who you trust just talk and cuddle you through it. Try to avoid stressful subjects, maybe watch a movie together, foot and hand massages really lower your blood pressure along with deep breathing. Look up Reiki healing. It is healing through touch and you can do it alone or with a partner. Stretching, yoga, and warm baths work, and it goes without saying that sex or masturbation is a great distraction and will increase your endorphins. Browsing around online is also a good way to kill time and entertain yourself, so here we are. Hope this helps someone out there!
