Im quite lost with this topic. Long story short i have used many types of Opies in the past and still using them. My fav DOC out of everything:) Cut a long story short have been offered sum done and im familiar with dosage and everything but can someone enlighten me what do units mean in measurement form? 1ml = 5 units? So how many units = mgs? or how is it calculated? Id like to start off with 20mg all up so can someone elaborate this more clearly so i can understand. Am i missing something here?
 
According to MIMS it is 5 mg/mL so you would need 4mL to get 20mg of methadone. I don't have personal experience with this so if I am wrong someone can correct me.
 
According to this there is 5mg per mL of Biodone Forte/methadone. This must be what your source meant when they said it has "5 units per mL" Going by this, you would want to dose 4mL to get a dose of 20mg methadone.

One thing you must keep in mind is that your source could adulterate their take homes with another liquid quite easily, which would result in there being less than 5mg of methadone per mL. This is an inherent problem when purchasing drugs on the blackmarket which usually doesn't apply to pharms but unfortunately in this case it does.

I reccomend you buy an oral syringe to make sure that you dose accurately. With a solution of such a potent drug you don't want to measure it by eye or take your sources word on how much it is. I have heard good things about methadone, and I know how much you like your opioids, so this should go well for you. Enjoy. :)
 
Thanks for ur replies. Im really hoping i will receive the bottle unopened liked i asked for, it would have some sort of sealed cap wouldnt it? Anyway will report back on how everything turned out:)
 
err, methadone isn't very, how can i put it... recreational. It has very little in terms of euphoria.

I was on 60mg a day at one point, and it ruined me. Avoid like the plague.

btw, you'll never get a 'sealed' bottle of methadone - why? because they don't give the shit in it's original bottle.

Doses for takeaway are generally diluted with water, and put in medicine bottles by the dose.
 
If you've been offered it by someone other than a Doctor, then the chances are it's probably watered down.
Don't pharmacists water it down anyway, I heard? Not too sure..
I agree with MrIbis, it's not really recreational at all. Although I do know people who absolutely love the stuff.
 
The only thing that attracts me is the duration of the high. I know its nothing compared to sumfn like h but apparently its meant to feel very nice.

GrailKing: Was helpful info. Thats why i have aimed for a low dose as i know even opiate tolerants can get sick doing too much of it. I heard it is a pleasant replacement for most opies. I only do codeine thesedays as of late havnt been able to get my hands on any oc's or anything yummy except on the odd occasion when contins or vials pop up every now n then. H is easy to find but avoid that shit. I dont like flour sprinkled with H plus dealing with junkies are the worst. Majority i know are fucking scumbag leeches LOL

Mmmmm. Vials. Dream me just stroles down to the chemist , picks me up some amps of Diacet or dillaudid! That would make me a very happy boy.:)

Didnt spend much time on Done, just long enough to Trial it. Very heavy shit! Not much fun. Even my 8mg bupe replacement was complete overkill. I could have been well enough on 2mg. That wouldve been nicer to taper off of!

Methadone is 1ml per 5mg in Australia. So 2ml is 10mg 4ml 20mg etc..Its only watered down when in takehome preparation not in the pharmacy. I'ts in a big bottle 2litre like with pump in pharmacy , but water is only added when you drink . You may get high yes with a few doses, it's long acting which means it builds up over time like peaks long 1/2 life this is where it's dangerous . Be careful with it, i would only be taking 10mg if your inclined too do so. Most people are on 100mg 80mg don't be taking a full dose or you may not wake up, if opiate intolerant and definitely dont be mixing no benzo or alcohol with it very fatal . Best stick with the Oxy i think as short acting high, to dicey being diverted you don't know what you got in terms of dose, because if it's diverted it will be a takehome dose with water in it. Plus any diversion effect all us on maintenance and it's not cool if we want to get monthly takehomes like USA one day.

They read a wiki or erowid page and are the chemical professor.

Without an opioid addiction, Take 10ml / 50mg a day for 1-2 days and you'll be totally off your face. I Guarantee.
 
But the junk cells are attached to your bio-molecular makeup...Which explains the high rates of relapse of junkies to go down to their croacker or whatever and score some Oxy's.

This is ridiculously poor advice, perhaps experienced individuals without an addiction could handle this dose but you are not very specific and a totally opiaye naive person could take this advice. This chart suggests that 50mg of oral methadone is the equivalent of 75mg of oxycodone.

I generally see oxycodone doses for beginners reccomended at 10-20mg and certainly NOWHERE near 75. Even for a somewhat tolerant person that could be considered a reasonably high dose. Especially taking it two days in a row, because methadone has a considerably longer duration than oxydodone.

Opiate naive people should not be using methadone, they should experiment with milder opiates or abstain. Anyone trying methadone should use a conservative dose as it is undoubtedly a very powerful CNS depressant.

The OP happens to be a tolerant person, and 20mg would probably be considered on the conservative side for them. But a newbie, or really anyone taking methadone for the first time, should not be taking 50mg.

I foolishly took way more than i could handle n blacked out last nite. Does anyone here get violently sick on morphine?
