Well good luck i seriously feel you, the withdrawals i had to go through, when they finally did hit(middle of day three) where horrendous and I had only been on the sryup for a week at much lower doses than you are.
check this out it seems to show that cimetidine does increase and prolong the effects of methadone

I can personally atest to tagament working. When I first started MMT, I'd take some of my sunday takehome dose on saturday, leaving me with a partial dose on sunday. The tagament really helped boost the effects.

Also, I'd been doing coke pretty much daily to stay alert during the day, and on days when I overdid the coke and the crash started to get too strong, I could pop 400-600mgs of tagament and the high froom the methadone would come back. I wouldn't get that warmth sensation you get wen it first kicks in, but about an hour after dosing the tagament it start getting very groggy, and this would work even if taken 12 hours after my dose.

Just wanted to update everyone since yall were so helpful and sincere...I DID end up getting takehomes for my trip! Man o man was it a godsend, I lucked out thoo....

The standard rule is 90 days clean urine to get vacation/biz trip bottles. They made an exception for me b4 on my last trip but on the condition I give 3 clean urines b4 I left. The 3rd urine was taken the day I got my bottles so they gave them to me w/out knowing the results and it was positive for cocaine...that's why this time they were so reluctant

But this time they didn't warn or set out any conditions, I asked, they said maybe and kept me waiting. I didn't know until today, the last possible day mind u...and it turns out, the docotrs were going to give me the bottles if my most recent urine was clean....if it was positive for cocaine or anything else, then they were going to deny me. LUCKILY, I thought having a few clean teats would help my cause so I made sure these last few were clean. But it was straight up a guess on my part. So I was very lucky I listened to the common sense part of my brain and not my druggie part and stayed clean the past few weeks.
