They're pretty much exactly the same thing. The only difference is that the biodone has no sorbitol. You shouldn't notice any difference between them at all.

^yeah what he said. Both are 5mg/ml methadone - if it's not holding you, you need to look at upping your dose (in consultation with your prescribing GP of course

yeah and dont forget to brush your teeth after having it or your teeth will fall out ...

I have never heard of methadone being given for pain relief only for junkies.
I would think they would have you on morphine tabs like a friend of mine who had to get spinal surgery from a workplace accident.

Endone 20s (uncontrolled oxycondone) seem to be the choice these days for back/neck injury. Or 5mg for the young ones.
Never heard of Morphine gewtting around anymore, but doctors, nurses, etc. call it morphine even though its oxycodone. Just to avoid confusion I guess.

That is a bit narrowed mined. I have been there and done that so I think you
should get out more a lot of people start by taking Endone then to oxycodone
it is all sum form of morphine it helps a little for a bit then you need more as
your friend would know.

Just talking from regional experience.
The Endones are handed out like candy even at places that say "NO BENZOS, DEXXIES OR NARCHOTICS PRESCRIBED HERE" (yes in that writing)
The clerk is trained to make u subconsiously look at the sign too and write down your reaction to the doctors computer. Also your reactions in the waiting room depending on what u go for.

I had a friend on 80mg Oxy's because he has a computer installed inside his body that needs fixing/updating every 12 months so his spine works and he can walk, move his legs and arms etc. He is out of action for about 4-6 months in a hospital bed waiting for it to heal.. what a life! Poor guy.

I didn't think there was a highest dose per se...
Alternative might be Physeptone tablets - methadone in tablet form. You could space the tablets across your day to maintain pain relief.
Or maybe fentanyl patches?
Pain relief is your right - if your doc won't prescribe you sufficient to manage your pain, try another doc.
