methadone urine testing & mda mdma

I wanna know if methadone clinics test for mda mdma, in canada? I'm in a rual part at the moment and they do the in office dip thing method. I know they don't test for pot ( maybe its a bc thing) but if they do would the standard time be up to 72hrs?
