Bupe methadone to suboxone switch!

Hi all. I made the grave mistake of going to a methadone clinic for 9 months. was on an average of about 60mg. i came off it and switched to suboxone a few months ago, then decided after a month that i could handle the detox...I WAS WRONG!!! i've been going thru wd again and again and again over the past cpl months, getting about 5 days in and having to buy dones on the street to help me thru. i would usually go 3-5 days, dose 60mg dones, go 3-5 days dose 60mg dones...repeat. i took my last 60mg sunday night. i luckily was able to get back into my suboxone doctor tuesday. i also have to start a new job tuesday night as well, so this couldnt have come at a better time! my question is how long should i wait to dose the subs? i do have a pretty fast metabolism and i definitely feel wd symptoms 48 hrs after my last dose. should 48 hrs be sufficient? i know to only take a small bit first and wait an hr before taking a full dose. im just kinda worried cuz i have to start work tuesday night before the 48 hr mark, and i also have to work wed morning! any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks all!
 
Id start with a small amount at 48hrs and every few hours if you still feel sick take more.
