Misc methadone questions

before i try methadone I had a few questions. im wtihdrawing from benzos so forgive me if this is supposed to go somewhere else cause i have no idea. Anyway what is a good dose of the oral liquid to start with for someone with no tolerance? is this stuff recreational? I dont wanna get sick i know it is meant for people with tolerance I took 4 mg of dilaudid the other day and felt good. What is a good methadone dose? and what can i expect from it?
 
I'd stay away from methadone if i were you. I dont really think itll help with the benzo withdrawals but if you must than start off with 10mg's wait a couple hours and if you arnt feeling it try a lil more, the thing about done is it takes a while to kick in and last for a VERY long time so you might start feeling good, and end up getting really ill later on. You dont want to start another addiction so be carefull
