Opioids methadone - question!

hi. im on methadone. have been on it since october 5th of this year, so almost 3 months now. im on 125mg.

i have been noticing that i get these strange symptoms and im pretty sure its caused by the methadone:

my hands "fall asleep" alot, they go very numb and sometimes tingly, on a daily basis. its only my hands that get this.

has this happened to anyone else? and why is this happening? need some opinions. thnx.
 
Yes, that is a fairly common side effect of Methadone. As for the exact mechanics of how it's caused i'm not so sure.
