Opioids Methadone Question

Okay, so I have a moderate tolerance to opiates. My usual daily dose is around 120mg hydro, 90-135mg morphine (all orally) or 20mg Opana railed, depending on what I have that day. I was out of meds and got a couple 10mg methadones. I took one of them about 6hrs ago and it got me feeling pretty good. No pain, nice buzz, and tons of energy. So my questions are: should I take the other 10mg tonight? If so when? Or should I only take half tonight? Also, I get my regular meds tomorrow morning, which is 15mg MS Contins. I chew three at a time when I take them. How long do I have to wait to start taking the morphine after I am done with the dones? I don't want to waste them, but I don't want to be in pain either. Appreciate any input on the subject, as I am sitting here and my back is starting to hurt again, but I don't want to make myself sick or worse.

Methadone stays longer in your system. The answer is "depends" because the effects of opiates are unique to each user. Personally I'd save the done for the morning, and after I took that I'd wait about an hour before I chewed the other pills. Personally anyway.
 
I would wait till the next day while it is a low amount it is still a long acting and can be in your system even after you no longer feel it
