Opioids Methadone Potentiation from cardiac medications (amiodarone)

I seen that you can potentiate methadone with cardiac medications such as amiodarone which my dad has from his cardiac arrest. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this combination, or if someone has an opinion if it would even be smart to mix these two medications.

I looked at the link and it says amiodarone, though it may potentiate by inhibiting CYP450, has not been verified to do so and the little red heart beside it means it has been known to mess with the rhythm of your heart and could be quite dangerous.

Why not just check out the CYP-450 Interaction Chart in the OD Directory as found in my signature and find something a little less dangerous.
