hy,i've been on done for about 6 month(22 pills of done containing 2.5 mg each pill) meaning 55 mg of done and i also take benzo's
right now i have 150 mg of 5 mg nitrazepam and 12 capsules of tranxene of 5 mg pills(capsules)
the question is wich is the best benzo to potentate my methadone that i'm currently on

P.S. also i have a very high tolerance to nitrazepam(5 mg) and diazepam(10 mg)
but i recently got tranxene(5 mg capsules) wich i have no tolerance to it
so my question is wich of these should i take to potentate my done
