Ok, I started making this chart since it didn't have the elimination half life, and half way through after spending time making it look pretty, realized that the spaced columns represent two different time periods! Since the Y axis is 'relative' it doesn't matter too much, just looks bad.

So my question is, how does it as far as accuracy goes? Not accurate to the sources (1 & 2) but accurate as far as the parmacokinetics of methadone is concerned.

To make the end, I merely flipped the onset and drew a straight line without the hills and valleys. Not sure whether that is right or not.

I'll take any suggestions and just completely remake it from scratch, since it looks kinda shoddy.

Thread I found the original in

Why are your days different widths? (EDIT: Oh I see, because you were just merging 2 graphs which had different day widths (which is annoying and makes it confusing). Also the elimination time should be longer and will vary greatly depending on how long someone has been taking it so do you want an average for single dosing or chronic dosing? Oh, and time to a steady state should be longer IMO. Will post more info with sources later, just in a rush right now :). I would like to help you since this is something I've been meaning to do for a while myself.

id say the shape is pretty close to right, thought it varies with everyone. also, i wouldnt say it plateaus completely after the 4th day, rather at the 4th day it hardly adds more, and every day adds a little less.
