Opioids Methadone high

I have a relatively high tolerance for opioids, Ive been on almost all of them and banged them. but now when I take 100mg of oxycodone I dont feel ANYTHING. my friend gave me a 40mg wafer of methadone. Can someone tell me if I have just been on oxy too long that it doesnt work anymore and i need something different? Dilaudid in the hospital worked, as well as norco. but she gave me a 40mg dissolvable wafer. I was wondering how much of it i should take to feel euphoria. I miss opiate euporia. the closest I have come to it is right now, 3 soma and 2mg xanax and i feel good. so I wouldnt be doing the done today. but I want to do it on an empty stomach in the mornining. How much should I take? I really do no know what my true tolerance is anymore because I have been on oxycodone,morphone,and morphine for almost a year now. Any advice?

Use a dosage converter chart. Look in the OD directory for one. You might also want to think about a detox or a suboxone/methadone taper.

Chasing opiate euphoria is unsustainable. Eventually there will come a point where you will just not get euphoria at all no matter what you do, and you'll need opiates to feel normal. You don't want to go into that territory.
