I went to the clinic the other day and I told the dispensing lady my number(at clinics or atleast the 2 I've been too you sign in using a number, and thats your identity). She typed in the wrong number and I last night I'm pretty sure I almost died. I know it was a mistake and she is a nice nice woman but is this acceptable? The dose from drinking and looking at it compared to mine today had to be 180-200mgs.......No Shit.

My normal dose is 105mg. I could just tell she fucked up. By 12 at noon, the other day, I got nodded on 45 mgs dexedrine. That hasn't happened in ages and I don't like that feeling. Basically I dunno if I should turn her in. If she does it to too many people she could kill someone, or make someone sick. I'm awfully confused as to why this is all happening to me right now. No I don't think its related to my prior posts, but fucking shite!

Sue and you can afford all the drugs you could ever want! So long as the courts believe a methadone swilling druggy :( Either way they must have records to make sure none goes missing.

it all depends on what the nurse documented, which holds up much better in court than a 'he-said-she-said' situation. also, if there is indeed a wrong count in the narcotics, that is bad for the nurse.

take it from me, I am an RN. if she really messed up, that is a bad mistake on her part, one that we're constantly trained not to make.

Is it possible that it was an interaction with the other drugs you're taking?

Even your normal dose has the potential to be lethal when combined with some of the other shit you're on, but a higher than normal dose is especially dangerous. Definitely get them to check your records and make sure that the correct dose is recorded.

And you have no grounds for a lawsuit unless you suffer actual damages, which didn't happen in this case.

SHITE! I'm not asking if I can get money out of it the ladys nice, she clearly made a mistake though. I didn't know if I should report it. It was basically twice as much as normal. Possibly a bit less I could only tell by looking at the liquid in the cup. Cups are always the same. I take valium which I'm now done taking and back to klonopin. Nothing changed but the dose. I worried awhile back about shallow breathing on MMT, but that went away as soon as I hit 90. I also take 45-65mgs of Dexedrine a day depending on work and what not. Nothing new

Between the problem with your pills earlier in the week and now this, I'd be double checking everything to do with your meds every single time from now on.

is it true klonopin doesnt show up on tests at methadone clinics but xanax does ?
