Methadone Hcl question

Hello to all bluelighters,this is my first thread hope its in the right place.I have question,my uncle bought old house and I was working in there and found three botles of heptanon aka methadone hcl at least 30 years old,could somebody tell me if it could be still consumable,safe and potent,although I just had to try some when I got home I sprinkled 1ml on cigar =D and it had some efect.The house is 200 years old and it has very thick walls so never was very hot in there a 15° 20°C at most I think.If somebody could help me I would be very grateful.

how/where was the bottles stored? in a dark, cool, and water-less enviroment?? or in the sun/hot area where it is damp?

first off, dont smoke methadone its useless because the methadone wil evaporate. im not raging on you, but i hate when i heard people dip their blunts in codeine sizzurp or smoke oxycodone. just swallow it man...

but yes, the potency will be significantly less than it was before. however, no on knows how much potency it lost. it could be just as good as brandnew
ALWAYS START LOW! many people die from taking too much methadone because they dont realize that it has an extremely long halflife and does not peak until 3-4hrs after you took your dose. soo you will have to be patient with this one.

i do have this question though because i am a bit worried, have you ever used opiates before??? if you have then i would start with 7.5-10mg and do not take more for 3-4hrs!! after those hours pass and you are still not at the place you want to be take another 5-10mgs. BUT if you have never even touched an opiate or opioid in your life than i highly suggest you take caution, and "give awawy" the 'done.
but if you are insisting on taking them, i cannot stop you. again if you are an opiate nnoob then only takke 5mgs to start then after 3-4 hours you still arent feeling where you want to be take another 5mg and wait another 2-3 hours.

'done is extremely sedative, with not that much euphoria IMO. however it is a full-agonist opioid and does provide and nice high, but it definitely does not give you that rush of bliss when shooting up morphine/hydromorphone. when i was using it for recreation back in the day, i was still a novice, only taking opiates about 6-8 times a month and taking lower doses like 30mgs oxy at once, but i would also combine weed, benzos, DXM, tagamet, nicotine, kava kava, and kratom. LOL i do like methadone alot though, im thinking about switching from suboxone to methadone because it does provide a nice sedative buzz.

the best high i have ever had was when i took 'done, roxicodone, klonopin, xanax, (all potentiated by DXM, diphenhydramine, lots of tagamet), and smoked a fuck ton of marijuana

Thanks for the fast reply,I sure have done opiates before even up to 5 grams of heroin in a day but rarely two days in a row and I have never been addict,although I have significant high tolerance than others to just about every drug.I found on one old thread on bl that methadone hcl is smokable so I just had to try it.The bottles were in dark place and pretty much water-less environment you know how old houses are...
 
your methadone was stored properly, but was it warm in the house, or cold?? awhy i asked about the darkness and shit is because if you store it properly it will retain most of its potency for loonger periods of time. however 30 fucking years if a long fucking time lmaooo, it might have shitty potency, but give it a trty IMO

do you have any previous commitments you made today or have to do anything or talk alot of people? if not i say go for it. id start off with SWALLOWING 10mgs on an empty stomach like 3-4 hours after you ate a big meal, and see how that makes you feel. BE PATIENT!! dont think that it isnt working because you dont feel it after an hour or two. i had an experience (bac in the day where 25-30mgs oxycodone got me nodding) where i took 10mgs methadone, waited 2 and a half hours or so and i was like fuck this isnt working, so i took another 10mgs and i ended up blacking out that night.

tl;dr version: start with 10mgs, slowly titrate up by adding 5-10mgs depending on how you feel in 3-4 hours after your first dose, BE PATIENT, dont drive or operate haeavy machinery, dont comvbine other CNS depressants with the done (benzos, alcohol, ect..) but benedryl (diphenhydramine) will definitely help with nausea and help bring on a nod
 
I am thinking at most 15°C maybe 20°C so thats not so warm I am guessing but I wouldn't say 20°C,cause house is very old with very thick walls.We already took with friends each 10 mg and we will how it goes.
 
good to hear... remember to wait. if u get anxious and want it to kick in, try taking some diphenhydramine (benedryl) it will add to the sedation and increases the high IMO. well mostly because i love nodding and thats the most euphoric part for me so for me sedation and euphoria almost go hand and hand, there are some exceptions
 
I don't have access to benedryl,but weed is my life companion so I have it and some hash and I think that will help a bit ;)
 
yup definite;y, weed is very much safer then using other benzos or tranquilizers

toke up that bowl my friend and enjoy :) and ooooh hash!! i love hash, to me its like a whole new ball game, its more of a drug to me because it is so powerful and euphoric IMO. some people dont find weed euphoric, but if i havent smoked in a week or two i get an amazing, euphoric high which rivals the opiate blss for me.
but idk, some people think weed is boring and has no euphoria, but it seriously is one of my favorite drugs.

i dont mean to be a nag, i just care about people :D, but seriously, please dont redose until 3-4 hours have passed from the time you took ur first dose
 
Thanks for the information,thats one of the reasons I asked here,of course I would wait 4 hours,thanks again I am very grateful.Weed is not very euphoric although I smoke it all the time for relaxation
 
yup i was the same way smoking weed everyday for 7 years straight. i still love weed, i just got burnt out, its not fun when all you do is smoke weed all day and night. i love having a sober week and coming after work to spark up a bowl. damn i used to be high EVERYWHERE lmaooo/...
