Opioids methadone hangover/dosing

hey guys yesterday i took 30mg of dones which is my usual dose. long story short i got an hr of sleep and i woke up this morn with a rly bad headache and hangover type of feelin. i work 12 hr days, and i cant feel like this all day. my tolerance is so so and i dont take dones daily. its been bout 20 hrs since i dosed yesterday and i know they have a half life of 36 hrs so im a bit scared to take more. if i take more would i feel better, or overdose? is there anything i can do to shake this? im rly considering poppin a cpl but i dont wanna die!!! thx guys!

would i be good to dose another 30mg 36 hrs after my last dose?

man what happened to bl?! i used to be on here everyday and every1 was rly helpful, dont get me wrong i love this place, but this is the 4th post ive submitted wit a question and 4 days later still no responses? thats weak guys :( i shed a tear for the good ol bl
