Methadone first time

I searched for the thread that did not see anything that's close to my situation. I usually take 6 Percocet 10 the day yesterday I took my last two. I got some methadone. I've never used it before so how many milligrams should I use?

What milligram percocets? 10? I'd say about 10 mgs of methadone is equal to 20 mgs of oxy

I took around 20mg.i immediately felt light-headed and relax. But I noticed increase of heart rate I tested my heart rate and it was 130. Is this a concern? Or is this withdrawal I'm going through? It's been an hour since I took two methadone

It's common to experience increased heart and high blood pressure rate during opiate withdrawal.
Are you using methadone to taper or taking it until you get more oxycodone?
