Methadone first time dosage and ROA?

I have little to no tolerance for opiates/opioids, and I've never used methadone before. But today I came across 30mg of it and I'd like to know what dose and route of administration I should use. Any help would be a appreciated.

With no tolerance very little should go a long a way, and too much could prove very dangerous. I would start with trying 2.5 mg, you should be able to feel that, however, it may take a while for it to come on so do not re-dose hastily. If after an experience 2.5 mg, you feel you need more for a better experience, try about 5 mg. I wouldn't go much above that with no tolerance.
