so it seems to be that methadone affects NMDA, (im guessing antagonist). what effect does this have if any? tolerance reduction? dissociative effects? mitigating addictiveness? i am on MMT, and would just like to know more. methadone definitely feels unique to me, ive taken just about every common street and pharm opiate/opioid under the sun, though i have basically no experience with NMDA antags, DXM PCP MXE etc.

also ive heard that methadone may also effect some opioid receptors other than the usual suspects- mu, kappa, delta, and this may play some role in its nasty WD. true? info? i have no info on any opioid receptors beyond these 3, but ive heard rumors methadone may hit some 4th or 5th receptors too?
