Opioids Methadone Dose? Used to 40mg OC.

Hi guys, I used oxycontin for a week straight or more and am in withdrawal (5th day) and have procured some methadone liquid. I usually use about 40-60mg of OC insufflated throughout a night (blow 30-40mg right away, the remainder an hr or 2 later).

Its 5ml = 5mg, approximately. Just took 10ml (10mg methadone). I would like to know if this will do anything for me or if I should bump my dose or chill on this since the shit takes soo long to hit. I have never used methadone, and this is my 2nd time ever experiencing withdrawal.

I was going to say take 5 mg of methadone but i see you've already gone past that. 10 mg should be plenty. Avoid alcohol like the plague & unless they are scripted, avoid benzos too.

glad i didnt take more then.
i took 1mg clonazepam about 24 hours ago, no tolerance to that (hopefully i should be aight?).
dont plan on taking any other drugs for the next 24 hours.

im back.. i dosed 10mg at 7pm and any WD symptoms were totally nulled by 9pm. i also felt very mildly high, as well as noticed some respiratory depression. it is now 19 hours after dosing and i would say i am practically at "baseline".

if i manage to cop OC or something else (dilaudid, H) tonight (approximately 24 hours after dosing), would i be safe to use? i already assume it is likely that the effects would be slightly diminished due to the methadone taken 24 hours prior. i would also be dosing rather cautiously.

which leads me to the other scenario: if i am unable to pick anything up, would i be ok to redose meth in a few hours? possibly another 10mg, but i am considering just 5mg as it could "piggyback" and act cumulatively with the meth already in my sistem). i guess i need to decide whether i want to continue avoiding WDs or get high.

If your ROA is snorting, don't waste money on dilaudid. But yeah, you'd be ok after waiting 24 hrs after the methadone.

as far as dilaudid, i pay the same price for an OC20 as i do a HydromorphContin 30mg (when lucky enough to find it). when snorted, an OC20 will hardly make my eyes water, but 30mg of ER Dilaudid can get me high enough to puke 2 or 3 times. probably takes about 30 minutes to crush the fuckin things though. if the dillies were IR, i would be plugging instead of snorting for sure...
