Opioids methadone dosage

i have 5 10mg pills of methadone left i took one an hour ago and i feel okay but i was thinking of taking another one. once a month i have a morphine binge of around 150mg. im trying to catch a mean nod.

Just be sure to give yourself enough time to let the methadone fully kick in before you continue to up your dose.
