Methadone Detoc Suggetions

Hello Bluelighters, I'm new here and glad to be here. I am employed, and titrating {detoxing}from methadone, which started at 55 and currently at the low dose{15} mgs. I am in search of suggestions from those familiar with this process that can give helpful insight/suggestions to assist me in making this process less painful as possible, as I would like to be done this year, hopefully by summer. I believe slow and easy is the best option, however, I do not want to drag this out too long and I don't want to risk being sick. So the Question is, how do you all believe I should pace myself going forward. Suggestions please, and thank you in advance for your support.
