Opioids Methadone and Oxycodone

Is there any way to combine to two? As in dosing Oxycodone ontop of methadone to add to the 'done high?

Will the Oxycodone be felt at all while on methadone, (50mg) ?
 
will 15mg of oxycodone be be able to add to 50mg methadone high, or will the 15mg oxy not break through the 'done?

That is exactly what I thought, but my friend, who also is the guy who sells me pills, was trying to tell me that you can take oxycodone while on methadone, and it adds to the high. He is just a bull-shitter I suppose.
 
You can in theory mix methadone with others, it's just much riskier than doing either drug alone. And almost always the methadone overpowers whatever you're trying to mix in, so there's not much to gain.

Methadone is like the M1A1 tank of opioids. If you have a solid dose of 'done, nothing else is going to come close to scratching it. And you don't, in general, need to back it up with much... it will do its thing as an opioid quite well.
 
sekio, so the 15mg oxy wont add to the 50mg methadone i dosed 4 hours ago? I dont feel much from the 'done.
 
^It doesn't matter if you're feeling much from it or not, you'll most likely feel nothing from the oxy on 50 mgs of methadone...
 
Methadone's half life is a long time, on the order of days. (36-55 hours)!!!! You may not be feeling it but the methadone is still all there.

Taking pretty much any amount of oxycodone ain't gonna break through that.
 
I mixed them for years and found them to be a good mix. I do however have one of the shortest half lives for methadone I have ever come across so this will undoubtedly effect the outcome.. I was prescribed the two by one doctor who was not aware of the short half life I had with the methadone. The roxy was prescribed for break through pain. The doses were really high though. So you may want to separate your doses as much as possible. In the long run you will likely end up using allot of oxy for greatly reduced benefits and reading you mgs, as others have said adding a 15 to 50mg of methadone will just be like eating a tick tack.
 
So I dosed the the methadone 50mg 10 hors ago.. and i didnt really get much of a high, oddly.

anyways if I snort the oxy right now, will I be able to feel it thanks?( now that im editing this 10 minutes into oxy dose, dont feel aythigz)

So Im guessing theres enough 'done left in my system to fill all my opiate recepors, or if thats thats not the case ( which I don"t know for sure ) then the smal dose of 15mg's OXY wasn't enough for me to feel anything..( I am a 100mg+Oxycodone tolerane/habit

P.S.
I should of mentioned my benzo use..I have also recently, for the pat few weeks been a'self medicating" myself alprazolam daily.

Today I woke up, took 2.5mg Alprazolam.

Got off wor at 6, dosed 5 mg more Alprazolam.

Now, about 4 hors just does a final 7.5mg Alprazolam for bed.
