Ok so I have a hydrocodone tolerance of about 5 tens at one time. I have a methadone 10mg and 4 tens I've never done methadone before so idk what to do with all these. Do I take them all at once or should I just take the methadone alone or what? Will the methadone alone do it

with that tolerance i would begin with 10mg and wait around 3-4 hours before redosing again with the hydro; methadone takes a while to reach peak plasma levels in your blood. people make the mistake of redosing after a few hours thinking they've not taken enough only to overdose.
so start with 10mg and add 10mg of the hydri 3-4 hours later. methadone is a lot more potent opiate than hydrocodone and like any other drug acts different on everyone. this is one of those drugs, especialially in combination, that you'll be having fun (within reason) and the next you'll be blue.
