methadone and codeine Q?

I took 90mg methadone at 6PM today... is there any point taking 600mg codeine tomorow for the new year(around midnight) or will the methadone just block the effects?

(i will be alone as i can't walk, so i'm staying in, all my friends are going out)

How long you been taking the Methadone? If you've been taking it daily for months then, no, there is no point. If it was just a one time thing than it won't block the effects.

P.S. The analgesia is still present

Then, at that dose, I don't think you'll feel the effects of the codeine. 1. Because your above the dose (around 60mg) that starts to block the effects of other opiates and 2. With your tolerance Codeine isn't strong enough to produce any effects.
