I switched from forty mg oxy to dihydrocodeiene 240mf equal to 12mg oxy whilst being on seventy methadone. It has been hell for last few weeks I have been buying tramadols and oramorph of street to stop me rattling wen I wake up and I hate it I told the workers id been using a bag of day on top and they increased by ten mg will these cravings atop eighty supposedly a big dose.
I was the one who wanted of the oxy and morphine. Anyway what would you choose to be on 240mg dihydrocodeiene or 8 tramadols 50mf a day. I went 28hours without my dose and had been rattling since 18th hour
 
I don't know how to answer your question because I've only been on Suboxone which helps avoid this type of situation.

But I wouldn't want to be on 8 tramadols that is the maximum dose you can do and will have full ssri (or is it snri?) effects which make me feel insane.
