Methadone 10MG (Oral) Conversion HELP!

Hello guys i have acquired some Methadone (Oral Pills) THye are white and almost rectangular. THey have a M in a box on one side and like 51 71 or something. Anyway i know its legit.

SO what would be a good conversion or comparable dosage to oral Oxycotin or Oxycodone..... I ahve looked online at charts and conversion calculators but i always get different answer and am not quite sure... SO i need people with experience.

The best i could come up with is that 1 Methadone (10 MG) requal about 25-30MG of Oxy??? Is this close or what am i really looking at for cross opiate conversions...

Also what is the come up before i feel it? I have heard it takes like 1-2 hours maybe more.....

My thought on the matter is trying to "convert" pills to other doses is bunk. if you have a 10mg done my advice is to just plug it. Obv your experienced with opiates so stop with trying to relate an opiod to an opiate. Either split it in half or use the whole thing but I would plug it. That's the only way I take dones. The come up is faster and the high is better/longer. Swallowing it will take at least an hour to feel it if not longer. Just stop worrying and plug it. Its the best way to go
 
That sounds about right jay... When I get 15mg roxies I'll plug one and a 10mg done still feels stronger. Sometimes I will even quarter a 10mg done and just snort it. It burns like hell but even that 2.5mgs gives me a nice head change and stops cravings but I recommend plugging them. Its better!
 
Consider also that methadone has a much higher halflife than oxycodone. So a remainder of what you take today will still be with you tomorrow. It just builds up after time more and more, also depending on how much mg you take.

My mom watches that Dr G-Medical Examiner show. There was a 12 year old boy who suddenly died and they were perplexed as to the cause of death. Turns out, the pharmacy was meant to give him ADHD meds but mistakenly gave him methadone. It was really sad to see this happen, but she explained that this drug given to the boy after several weeks killed him because it was retained and built up in his little body. :(

Yeah Hydro, that stuff burns like crazy. My friend crushed up a bit and I thought it was oxy. Damn, what a surprise. But you're right - it takes much less to feel high

Last Q... i have read alot about snorting being a waste burning etc.... I snort like 5MG and took 5MG and it really didnt burn that bad and seemed to really help with my maintenance.... I take about 80-100MG a day of OXY (got it don from like 200MG plus) and the 10MG of the methadone has made me feel not like really high... but great :P So i think snorting works fine and the high is completely different. I would still prefer my OXY's but it sure as hell beats nothing or suboxone.....
 
I have taken 40 mg of methadone and felt like I did a 40 mg oxy.. I used to do herion but havent in about a year. I will take 5 vicodine 10's maybe on a friday.. but nothin other than that and feel great off 4 methodone 10's.
 
I have already snorted some and it seems to hit you fast but not like a OC rush or anything just faster onset.... im not sure if its from actually snorting it or the post nasal. The burn isnt that bad bro... if you ever used to rail ambiens (i would alot with friends and shit) you get used to the burn and kind enjoy it hahaha
 
Ya you can snort it and it works very well that way. I always plug it though. That's the best way to take it imho

Edit: snort it slow! The burn means you did it right, otherwise its just running down your throat (drip) and you might as well have just chewed and swallowed it
 
I usually snort a small amount of my daily dose. The onset is much quicker and I kind of like the burn. Then, of course, I flush with a mild saline solution using my neti pot. There's a lot of crap in those pills.

Hydroxymorphone, do you filter your solution before you plug? Or do you just plug all the glop as well as the goodies? Again, I'm referring to the talc, binders and fillers when I say glop.
