Can those with experience (no untested theories please)please advise the best way to store Meth mid to long term (for a few months)?
-Assuming that it is good quality well washed and dry crystal.
I have heard that the stuff will eventually erode through a plastic bag but see no reason why it should if dry and airtight.
 
Meth is a pretty sturdy substance. You shouldn't really need to take any precautions, keep it out of sunlight so it doesn't melt obviously....Other than that, just keep it dry and away from heat and it will be fine.

Really? How long does it take to erode through plastic? I've never heard of this!
 
yeah as I said RJW "I see no reason why it should" erode through plastic if dry and airtight...but hell there is plenty of myth and folklore out there isn't there.
 
Enough with the myths! Look, put it in something thats as air-tight as can be, keep it in a cool area, out of direct sunlight... and no, it wont "erode through a plastic bag"...
[EDIT - stored in this manor, it will keep for years.. meth doesn't "lose potency" over time, as Deus said, its really rather stable -]
