Have been smoking meth from a dirty pipe and now some of the residue has turned a green colour.

The pipe isn't that dirty but it does have quite a bit of black stuff burnt in the bottom which I don't smoke the meth off of (I find a clean area in the pipe). I've only been smoking the same meth from the same batch and there's quite a bit of residue in the pipe that's been a clear/whitish (normal) colour for a while until I took a couple more puffs and some of the older residue has started to get a green tinge to it. Why does this happen and is it now poisonous?

Thanks

It is most likely due to impurities/cuts, which obviously decompose when burnt. They accumulate in your pipe after excessive smoking. I doubt it is 'poisonous' to the point of harming you, but you never know. Different batches have different impurities and manufacturing techniques. If you are that worried about it, just clean your pipe, or get a new one.. A meth pipe can'tcost very much, eh?

That said, this isn't Other Drugs material. Without a gc/ms testing device found in a laboratory, there is no way we can tell you what your meth is cut with or how it was made, and wether or not the residue is poison. Exercise common sense and you should be fine.

Im going to close this. Please review the BLUA and the Other Drugs Rules and posting standards, located in my signature. Any questions feel free to PM any staff member.
