I have attempted to recycle meth bong water. I did this previously. It was quite successful! Evaporating on a clean dish. This time, instead of a thin, shiny coating I am experiencing a dark almost smudgy sheen that has an oily texture when I apply a razor. Salvageable?

Yes …that’s what confused me

Ok. How much meth that is absorbed into the water is dependent on a few factors.

1-Temperature of the water
2-PH of the water
3- contact time with the water
4- percolator vs a open downstem( you’ll loose more with a percolator as it breaks the smoke in into smaller bubbles)

For example I had an 8 arm perc bong. Straight tube with a downstem to an 8 arm.

I get more reclaim from this bong than my others.

Does this work if all you have is basically really fine white powder left? Like, if you get the powder in some water and then use thr method of fans blowing on it / slow boiling it to evaporate, Does that make the powder reenter a crystallized form?

If you dont want to wait use a zip tie. Fold in half then insert the folded end into the stem and twist as you go. Works perfect everytime
