Stimulants Meth/poppers combination, is it safe?

Hi all!

So I took 2mg of ativan maybe 8 hours ago, I've been smoking all night with my fwb. Is it safe for me to use poppers (alkyl nitrites)? I know the half life for poppers is extremely short, and I know there can be some blood pressure issues, but I can't imagine a sniff or two of poppers overpowering the high(er than normal) blood pressure from the meth.
