Meth overdose or lacking vitamins? or possibly something else?

Hey guys SWIM pretty new in the meth scene up, swim normally has a a point (0.1g) and gets pretty frazzled off it but has 2 week breaks in between sessions

All of this meth is taken VIA smoking PIPE

Swim got a work bonus and he ended up getting extra cash enough for a half of a gram and decides to give himself a bender

Swim smoked 3 points the first night over a 14 hour period and then one and a half the next night, and swim made a deal with the dealer that he will grab 3 points from this batch and 2 when he gets on later that day, well it gets to the next day and he finally gets on (after being screwed around) and apparently swims dealer claims that this batch is off its fucking chops and swim looks around and can see clearly that everyone is heavily frazzled by it.

Swim receives his point and a half and smashes it all, it was fine until about an hour after it (it felt like a comedown but obv wasn't) when swim started feeling epic tired and the high didn't feel good anymore, I only ate a couple of dimsims the previous night so I have a feeling it could be because I can't eat, I go to sleep after smoking that point (after laying in bed for a good 2 hours gnawing at my fingernails), I had about 5 hours sleep and I woke up and felt like shit still but not as bad, the thought of food makes me actually gag. I asked my mate how he's feeling and he said he was feeling really tired to and he's an active member of the meth game but he managed to fall asleep straight away and he woke up feeling fine, but he said that maybe if you were to smoke some it might counter it and put you above? with that advice I went and smoked my halfa and it was fine until about 3 hours after it, when I went home and dad drove down to the local KFC and decided to pick me up a snack box, I couldn't digest it.. instantly made me so sick and now I've been feeling nautius all day to the point where my head is on a constant angle cos that's what will stop me from feeling like spewing.

Did I smoke too much?
Is it because I am lacking food?
is it because I am lacking sleep?
Was it the actual product being bad quality?
 
The swim who is really you (swim does not get used on this forum, read the guidelines) So, anyway, went from a point to three, I would say that that could definitely affect your appetite. You need to keep yourself hydrated, or there is no way your stomach and the periphical organs are going to process food.
No one can say whether your gear was crook or not, but sometimes I have seen people have breif snoozes while on really good gear, though they are normally up and about and getting into some hectic activity within 20-30 minutes.
So really,only you can answer the questions that you pose... if thats not the desired outcome from smoking meth, I would suggest not wasting good coin on it. But you will find it difficult to eat ,at least I do for the first two to three days, and then I get very hungry.
Try to have some light foods as you are coming down, I find that rice or tuna nori rolls are a good food to reintroduce the intestinal system to nutrition after a few days without.
 
Yeah, used to watching mates power down gear thought I could do it to unfortunately. rookie mistake :)
 
Just out of curiosity what did the shards look like?

Since you're new to meth here are a few tips that always make me stay on top..

1. Staying hydrated is very important. This really goes with any drug for that matter, but it's especially important with amphetamines.

2. Get some kind of calories in you. Protein shakes are very popular with tweakers and rather easy to get down. Somehow on meth, I still have an appetite and can always at least eat a small meal. Since meth is so euphoric, eating has always appealed to me on it haha. And believe me, I'm not getting bunk shit.

3. After a certain point, you're not gonna get any higher, just a worse comedown. It's very easy to sit there all night and smoke endless bowls but it's better to just call it a night and take a few valiums or something. Plus it's great to have a little meth for the morning as a little pick me up.

4. Don't neglect hygiene. Sure, crystal makes you want to clean you're whole house but for some reason it doesnt make you wanna clean yourself. Brush your teeth and wash your hands, my fingers turn black after handling my pipe.

Thank you heaps man :) this was exactly what I was looking for; shards were practically white/yellowish! but obviously with a crystal look

yeah I am glad that my bender was such a crap comedown haha, made me not want to touch it again for a while :), I had 2 bottles of water the whole night and I would always forget to continue drinking :)
