Meth + Opium = Good/bad?

It would be the same as meth and any narcotic really... and as is the case for these combos - they are generally lots of fun... and as long as you're not speedballing, it's safe too!

No.. a true "speedball" is an IV combo of either heroin and coke or heroin and meth... smoking opium and railing meth isn't a speedball, but it does feel good!
