Stimulants Meth not getting me high. Bad batch?

So, I haven’t done meth in about 6 months, and this past week I decided to smoke some but it didn’t seem to get me high. I didn’t feel any different after smoking it.. no heart palpitations, no dilated pupils, like I felt completely sober and honestly sleepy afterwards too. My friend did say it was a bad batch but he said he was able to get high off it. I know I’m not burning it wrong and the last time I did meth, I IV’d it, idk if that might be a reason why smoking it doesn’t get me high. I don’t do meth enough to know if a bad batch can cause this or I’m not able to tell the difference between good batches and bad. Was wondering if anyone could possibly know a bit more and if there’s any other way I could try to get high? I don’t have any rigs to iv it, and I did try snorting some of it which only burned my nostril not even that got me high. Sorry a bit of a novice obviously

Drug interactions can also be to blame.

Things like SSRIs, NDRIs, antipsychotics and other antagonists (particularly seretonin, dopamine, h1 & h2) can completely augment the 'high'.

Other antagonists like NMDA or h3 antagonists can potentiate it.

Other things factor in also. if you don't have the dopamine/seretonin left in your brain for the drug to release your going to be pretty underwhelmed.

Scene set and setting are also quite important when it comes to crack.

Oh wow, that makes a lot of sense… im not super familiar with meth and the interactions, so trying to learn as much as I can if I’m gonna continue doing it. I’m on Vraylar(antipsychotic), Adderall, Zoloft and Trazodone. I used earlier this year when I was just on Vraylar and Adderall and I felt it but I was just recently put on the Zoloft and trazodone and that’s when I felt like I wasn’t feeling it
