its been 3 months since i ve started using meth. i do it every friday or every other friday. i mostly snort it and prefer it to smoking. in the begining it was fine i could control my cravings but know its just that i want to be on meth 24/7. i go through a gram almost every week and than end it with xanax. my question is when im not on meth i feel like a robot and have no emotions what so ever i dnt even enjoy watching tv im just lost all the time. could it be because of low dopamine levels or sumthing else. i dnt wana stop but i hate this zombie mood im in for the next few days.stupid question. is there a safe way of doing meth? and how long should there be between 2 sessions.

Do significantly less methamphetamine, and if that is impossible, quit using it all together.

If your diet and sleep patterns are off, then work on that.

Exercise a lot, it will help a lot.

Make sure to be taking a magnesium (and possibly other stuff like choline) supplement to off-set unwanted physical side effects.

I would personally not use alprazolam to crash. If you have enough self discipline when using meth, ideally you won't need any sedatives. If you do need it, take a small dosage and only do this after getting nutrients and water in, as well as keeping a careful look out on your sleep hygiene.

All of these things will go a long way to improving how you feel. Finally, and this is the most important part, use methamphetamine less often. Compulsion to redose is definitely a sign that the meth is becoming too addictive for you. Meth works indirectly, relying on dopamine vesicles - without them, it isn't going to be the same.

My last advice (less important than the rest of this post) - you can try a less benign drug out on your days off, such as cannabis, or psychedelics like LSD or mushrooms in relatively conservative dosages. Try to avoid using other hard drugs, as this will render you more likely to become poly-addicted to multiple drugs which happen to be physically/psychologically addictive.

Personally, when I find a drug psychologically addicting and end up craving it a lot, I drop usage down to once per month (or one weekend per month) and find that that helps a lot. Even doing something every other week can lead to crazy fiending IME. (Note: this is how I treat meth which I'm not too fond of, but I pioneered the method with dissociatives, when using every week or every other week I was completely obsessed between uses and found dropping down to once per month helped a lot with them).

would route of delivery make any difference saying switching from snorting to eating.(this is off the topic but i need education)

No, because the drug will still work a long time with any ROA. The idea is whatever ROA you use (oral being the safest), you should still do it less often.

It might be better to take 1 or 2 months off, then only use every 3rd month - that way you won't build a slow but steadily increasing tolerance from using every week, as well, it will give your body time to adjust to life without the drug.

Did you follow the advice in my other post? It is truly the best way to avoid feeling "like a zombie".

yes ur advice is right on the money. i thought about it, im not some1 special that meth will take mercy on me and not cast its evil upon me,im feeling its creeping up on me and eventually will kick my ass. abstinance is the only way,i dont wanna end up losing everything
