(meth) minimisation of carcinogens when smoking as ROA

I am a bit concerned about the level of carcinogens quoted around here when meth is smoked - something like 10%?
So apart from not smoking it at all (which is tough as I don't like the other methods of ROA and I am not going to touch a syringe), what would you say is best to minimise the level of carcinogens found in meth vapour?
So far I am doing the following:

1) Always have clean glasswear. I clean mine with magic eraser and water after every use, so no buildup of brown stains and snowy looking stems.
2) Use the best gear you can find of course as starters, then melt it down, blow off any potential msm and let it recrystallise. If it recrystallises quickly then you can be more certain you are on a winner.
3) Heat the meth slowly and not burn it. I hold the flame at least 1.5-2inches away and patiently allow the meth to liquidise and then vapourise.
4) Allow the meth to recrystallise after every hit.
5) If the meth starts to turn brown towards the end when there's not much left, I leave it. Smoking that tastes nasty anyway and that brown colour seem to imply some burning has occured despite best intentions.
6) Supplement up, eat lots of healthy food, rest, exercise etc.

If there anything else that I should be doing to minimise carcinogens in the meth vapour?

Is msm carcinogenic? Are you using the term erroneously to refer to adulterants? Also, I believe a snowy stem has meth on it that can be re-smoked assuming the msm has been coked off.

Oral is the second best choice but the fun factor compared to smoking is zilch. Nasal is also disgusting as it burns and is corrosive to the sinuses.

Is MSM carcinogenic? Maybe, but it has a lower melting and vapour point hence why I do Point#2 in my original post. Melting it and blowing off that first bit of vapour is meant to get rid of some of the impurities.

So, does anyone have any references to suggest that meth vapour that hasn't been burnt by some noobie roasting his apparatus or loaded with adulterants, still contain 10% carcinogens, and if so are there any basic steps that one can take to reduce this % to as low as possible? (eg meth bong which I will use if I have to, not a big fan of it though)
