So any advice on how to help the bruise of it or hide track marks on your arm like the bend of the arm by tomorrow morning? Any kind of ideas would be appreciated!

There is a cream called Hirudoid (google local name in your country) that makes bruises pretty much disapear overnight. As for the puncture wound itself, a little bit of skin colour makeup rubbed over top usually helps. In Australia we have skin coloured zinc sun screen that is also perfect for the job cause its kind of sticky and doesn't rub off easily.

Also, if you are getting bruises maybe change your technique (are you leaving tourniquet on/too tight when you shhot for example)
