Stimulants Meth iv swelling in temple and back

Been back loading meth like normal like 30 units backloaded and take a shot like normal without issues . Also been using GBL. But I wanted to take another shot so I backloaded 40 units and when I took the shot I couldn’t breathe and coughed up bunch of phlegm. Started having swelling in my left temple area and also the left side of my back around where the lungs are at. Noticed that my thinking was becoming very difficult and both thighs hurt like I did some squats maybe it’s form sitting in weird positions. It is very concerning cause I didn’t feel good at all I felt like bodily something wasn’t right and ruined the high. Still have weird mobility in fingers like less control

That sounds like some sort of cardiac side effects, I would be very concerned. You should probably see a doctor

Yes on my neck left side I can’t flex it at all but only my right side I can flex. Don’t have full control of my fingers both hands.
