I've been using iv meth everyday straight since Christmas, now whenever I try to pull blood back, I just pull back blood clots, why? What can I do to prevent this? It’s possible that you are just extremely dehydrated and vasoconstricted. This causes your blood to thicken. I doubt they are actual clots you are registering.

Drink a couple of litres of elctrolytes (gatorade etc), wait an hour or so and try again.
