(Meth) I need help ASAP please!

Okay so I smoked I would I'd say three bowls last night at about 10:30p did one line (not sure if it was a big line because it was my first time snorting meth) I cant remember my last hit. I think it could have been around 2am? But I honestly havent a clue. I had been sleep deprived prior to smoking & now I've pulled an all nighter & theres no way I can stay in bed any longer to attempt to sleep. Its noon & I have work at 6p & I cant have my rents getting suspicious. So I know Ive really fucked myself to have a shitty comedown while Im at work, the biggest thing that gives away Ive used when I comedown is the profuse & uncontrollable SWEATING. Its a total give away. So my question is if I go for a hard & long run & try & make myself sweat as much as possible while drinking a shit ton of water before work.. will the sweating I force myself to do help get the dope out of my system & pores faster or?? before work so I don't sweat & then I'd just be tired from the comedown?
 
It technically will to some degree, but not to the extent you're looking for, some of your receptors might still be stimulated.
After ten hours the majority of methamphetamine will have metabolized into amphetamine (and the amphetamine has probably been metabolized by now as well as it is active) and a bunch of other metabolites, and it will definitely help push these out of your system.
However you could just do the run as close as you can until you have to work and blame your sweating on the fact you went for a run.
And if your last hit was 2am and it's noon now, your high/comedown should be pretty much gone by now
My first ever meth session was a quarter gram over 6 hours, split between smoking and snorting, and 12 hours pretty much on the dot I was able to sleep.

At this point it isn`t the dope in your system you have to worry about, it is the state the dope leaves you in when it wears off. You have to come down some time. your best bet is to get a nap in after hydrating yourself and eating some nutritious foods (like fruit, vegetables [juices are good] milk [has protein], and protein shakes if you have. It has to be relatively easy to eat and not of an offensive texture for there to be any hope of you eating).

Next time plan this shit out better, ok? :)
