Meth Dose Help

Ok so earlier today I did about 60-64 mg snorted and I staggered it like 20 mg wait a 45 min., 8 wait an hour, 18 wait an hour, 18 wait an hour again. I don't really have a meth or amphetamine tolerance having only done meth once prior, only 15 mg, I've never tried any type of amphetamine, but I've done coke about 6-8 times. it's been about 4-5 hours since my last bump and I have work tomorrow and I can already tell I'm going to be tired so how much could I do tomorrow safely to get through the day without a terrible comedown if I keep hydrated and eat and shower in the morning?
