Meth-Different Salts and the effects?

So I know that with the reduced ability to acquire Sudafed for the production of Meth that there are all kinds of ways that it is made these days.

I know there is some meth that is basically just a smokable form of Adderall, and on a drug test it simply shows up as amphetamine.

My question is this, there are two different types of dope that I am trying to differentiate. I come into contact with both from time to time and I want to know what makes it the way that it is(like what causes the effects of each).

One type of the "salty dope" that I am referring to(I am pretty sure) is some sort of amphetamine salts. If that is a thing.

And the other is definitely salt based(not to be confused with the addition of homemade GHB to meth) but a heavier salt. It causes blood pressure to slow(blood literally thickens), hearing reduction, and as a consequence the body temperature drops.

The effects are easily combated by the consumption of nicotine, so it can't be that strong, but that only last for a short few moments(the stimulant effect of nicotine temporarily restores blood flow to normal). It wears off and the effects of whatever chemical additive has been consumed takes back over.
