Stimulants Meth, chest pains month after use, chronic coughing, and general health issues.

So here's the story. Between the months of March and July, I was a daily meth user, now I've always had some pretty bad chest pains, in general (I don't really know what from.) After using, I discovered the chest pains got worse during my use, and now 5 months later, it continues to hurt. Half way through my use, I developed a strong cough, that lasted for days, and left residual effects that have still not subsided. (cough developed in june.) What could be some causes for this cough, and these chest pains? (The pains seemed to be centered to the left side of my chest.) I'd also like to throw in that I've been to the doctor, told them the whole story, they ran breathing tests, did an X-ray, and found nothing wrong. They seemed somewhat biased though, and I'm not sure they gave me the full evaluation I needed. If it means anything, as far as potential disease development and health issues go, I must also add that I'm 16 years of age.

How were you using meth, and what kind of quantities were you doing? If you smoked it, it's possible you've caught a lung infection or something. Get a second opinion from another doctor. I've been using meth daily for a much longer period of time, and I only experienced chest pains when my usage was at its heaviest - and once I cut down, they went away.

I have had throat inflammation and ongoing throat problems during and months after using (smoked) heavily. months off still not completely back to healthy (immune system and energy), used for much longer than you though...

I did vape up from time to time, but for the most part, I was snorting it. I'd go through about anywhere from .2 to .5 a day. Depending.

It's enough to mess with your immune system for sure, get a second opinion if you worried about your chest pains and get on the vitamins etc

Anyone notice a crackling noise in their lungs when they breathe in & out after using meth?

its the gak clogging up your throat etc

panic attacks, vacoconstriction from use, heavy metal/other contamination from dirty synth. Probably one of those 3.
