meth and temazepam

Swim smoked close to a gram of meth over an 8 hr.period and then took a 30 mg temazepam capsule prior to having intercourse. After the.activity, and during the post game, swim started fading in and out and mumbling parts of sentences that were difficult to understand before abruptly stopping midsentence and seeming confused about.what he had just said. He would then start falling back out. When boo would try to restimulate him eith physical and verbal contact, he would go back to the broken sentences, and then seem irritated at boo, all while seeming in only a semi conscience state of mind. Boo then tried to get him to take a drink of juice, and he spilled it on himself. In response to this, he started calling the name of a person who had left the room before the ingestion of the temazepam. When I pointed out.that he had had the person leave the room earlier on, he started giggling and saying that he was going to have them lick it off.thinking that he had begun to return to full consciencness, boo attempted to perform the request, and in response, swim pushed boo away and almost pushed himself off of the edge of the bed as a result. Through out this epsisode, swims face was pale and his eyes were never more than open a slit. Boo started growing concerned and went to other room to retrieve help, suggesting putting him in a cool shower. Upon returning to swim with help from friend, swim was passed out on bed. boo gently woke up swim and took one arm while help took other gently. Swim jerked away from boo and pushed help away and insisted he coukd walj straight as he stumbled his way into the kitchen. Swim refused cool shower but ate bowl of cereal and drank a bit of juice made for him before claiming he was fine and getting ready and leaving for work. Are some of these symptoms common occurances or should I be concerned about delayed issues?
