I am a 38 year old woman who has just been squirting in the past year and a half. why is it that when I come, via squirting, it seems like I can just keep going and going. Like I'm not satisfied. Although I may have multiple orgasms, there never seems to be satisfaction. I end up having to cum clitorally. Why is that?

Vasoconstriction. On meth...you need to adopt another strategy. When you are sober, you tend to go fast because the nerves are more relaxed, less..."
ON" and require harder and longer mechanical work in order to achieve a fraction of what you get on meth. With meth, slightly touching it a bit feels like you were rubbing it on fire in normal circumstances. It requires being much more gentle and the duration has to be much longer, up to 12 hours straight.
Also, on meth, a lot of muscles tend to get tensed up, jaw, hips, back mucles, legs, even feet so concentrating on relaxing all those muscles and focusing on genitals kind of selectively sends nerve signals to the brain from that area alone. If all your muscles are tense, the signal is sort of diluted. If you achieve total relaxation, it's possible, throughout the 3rd and 4th hour to achieve a broad band to the brain where the only signal comes from the genitals. When this happens, the limbs, even the jaw will become loose and in that state, it's hard to tense them up even if you try.
That's a type of sexual hyperfocus, and it's the goal state when using meth. It takes a few hours to reach where you have to force yourself to relax, it's very tricky to attain. Sometimes you cannot attain it and you might get frustrated and redose. It's useless to redose. In fact, when you attain that state of pure bliss, redosing will only bother you, and kind of get you out of that state so it's important to push it as long as possible without redosing. When the body is depleted of nutrients, the state will fade away in the space of 1-2 hours and you cannot attain it back by redosing, either meth, PPIs or thums, even opioids will not work. Only food, sleep and a 48 hour waiting time will get you ready to go again.
It is a type of meditation really. Meth is...the spark, it's an aid to help you reach that state if you're not used to doing so on your own. If you're new to it, even with meth it will be very hard.
It's a delicate balance between vasoconstriction from meth and the vasodilation from the excitement. Both have to balance themselves out perfectly to reach and maintain that state. Too much vasoconstriction and there's not enough blood reaching the site. Too few vasoconstriction and the blood encounters no resistance and there's too few discharge pressure on the capillaries. This of course implies that it cannot be injected.
