I don't think meth can be more brain damaging because of your activities. If you were concerned with damage, the best thing is to get high in a very cool environment. Meth raises body temperature, and studies have been done and the heat causes chemical reactions that produce most of the neurotoxicity. Also, these damages occur over long periods and usually with constant use, not so much once a week. If you live in a big city you're getting brain damage over time from the car pollution you breathe constantly which is neurotoxic. We have endless toxic matter in our lives. Seems wasteful to get too worked up about it
